What started as a love affair with iced coffee during his travels turned into a full-on obsession that led him to shake up the UK ready-to-drink coffee scene. Jimmy’s Iced Coffee has grown beyond his wildest dreams, but his hands-on, laid-back approach remains the same.
Since a successful sale to Britvic, he’s out sharing his story, connecting with businesses and helping them to brew up the next big idea. Jim is the perfect example to prove that with a little grit, a love for what you do and a passion for people, anything’s possible.
Martyn Jenkins
Martyn is a seasoned leader in luxury brand growth and transformation, with a career spanning two decades at the forefront of the industry with Gucci, TAG Heuer, Kering & LVMH. Known for driving strategic success, Martyn has played a pivotal role in elevating iconic brands across the UK and Europe. His expertise ranges from establishing TAG Heuer’s first UK boutiques to overseeing Gucci’s high-profile jewellery and watch categories, blending cultural acumen with sharp commercial insight.
After departing Gucci in 2024, Martyn now dedicates his expertise to helping businesses achieve sustainable growth and operational excellence. His approach is marked by a keen eye for brand management, an ability to build high-performing teams, and a focus on creating lasting impact. Martyn’s philosophy is simple: lead with vision, empower others, and maintain a forward-thinking perspective. He brings a blend of warmth, insight, and sophistication to every endeavour.
Dan Miles
Dan is a brand-building powerhouse and strategic expert with 25 years of experience leading some of the world’s most iconic brands. He’s launched, transformed, and accelerated brands across retail, food, drinks, and sports —you name it, he’s probably done it, from the UK to Europe, the USA, and beyond.
Most recently, as VP of Marketing for Europe at The Coca-Cola Company, Dan led a multi-billion-pound category and propelled a bold marketing transformation across the region. His track record at Coca-Cola and beyond is packed with examples of brand turnarounds, launching new brands, and innovative brand expansions that pushed boundaries.
Dan’s style? People-first, always. Known for crafting strategies that make waves in the market, he blends visionary thinking with hands-on support, empowering leadership teams to grow, innovate, and succeed.
James Francis
James is a driving force in e-commerce with nearly 20 years of experience across manufacturing, distribution, finance, marketing, and sales.
He’s the architect behind a global sourcing and e-commerce operation stretching from Asia to Europe and the Middle East, partnering with big-name brands and retailers like Walmart Group, Costco, Umbro and Disney. To date, James has produced & sold enough socks and boxers to clothe the adult population of Europe—twice—and ships out a parcel of apparel every 6 seconds through Amazon, Zalando, and other major channels.
